Hi, I’m Lawrence Keogh, head chef at Roast restaurant in London. A few years ago I developed chronic kidney disease and had to undergo surgery to have a kidney transplant at the age of just 35.
This gave me first-hand experience of the restrictions on what you can and can’t eat. I decided to use my own knowledge of food, along with Renal Dietician, Diane Green, to produce a free cookbook full of recipes suitable for kidney disease sufferers. Together, we have been working on a new collection of recipe cards and the first of these are now available to download.
